I’m using reading and writing poetry as one of the ways in getting better at my English, my native language is Dutch. When you read/write poetry, you are actively busy with words. I’m learning new words from poems of other poets. When I look a word up in the dictionary to write a poem, it will stay there in my head, “If you don’t use it, you loose it”.
Further about me, I believe in God, I’m a vegetarian; don’t enjoy my meal on grounds of animal sorrow, never been to a dentist; I have healthy teeth, never been to a hairstylist; my friends say I’m good enough in cutting my own hair and that they would trust me in letting me cut their hair. This is what a friend sms-ed me after meeting me for the first time: “Now, what I can say about you is that you’re kind, sweet, you like to laugh I noticed, you’re small and diminutive build, really cute small.” You can decide the rest for yourself:).

thanks im glad your learning so much from poems and the dictionary i'm sure you will go far soaring on the wings of eagles and drifting off in the cloads of happiness and the warmth you share will spread to the corners of the earth grow as you go and may god smile on you always keep up the good work god bless and nice to meet you to .

Dear Friend, You're welcome at my domain whenever you please . So come and visit and relax and be at your ease. You can get up when you're ready and go when you wish. I'll gladly share what I have with you whatever the dish. There is a saying " A leaks in the roof but the soup in the pot." Since you're my friend you are welcome to share all that I've got I'll tell you my poems and short stories and you can laugh at my jokes. Take your shoes off and make yourself cozy your my kind of folks. I’m having a ball reading all the poetry and short stories I find on this site. Just getting around to all my friends will take a wonderful forever. Most of my friends are fans who have followed be from facebook, myspace, twitter, webook, authomony, lulu and nine of my own sites At present I have over 600 talented friends and I get more and more each day. I visit at least ten a day and leave comments but the equation is tilted so I may never get to visit the same friend again unless by request. LOL, BDC

Dear sherry sorry i was under the impression that rating starts from 1 to 7 and not 7 to1. so, I was under the impression that 2nd rating means next after 1st rating.
