    Poem Commentary

Cast thy stone, mark the house of your master. All is well in the mind of the hypocrit who bows his head to those he mocks.....

    Rant of the long hair

    Indeed you snarl your nose,
go ahead and thumb it, you know how this goes.
Feeling you know it all as you point and stare,
at that man, daring to wield his long hair.

Cast your jeers, laugh behind your hand,
heres a little shadow for your grand stand.
While your getting you emotions in a snit,
he dares to call you a hypocrit.

Oh but why? Surely your righteous and he's the nut,
But tell me. Ever seen a picture of christ in a crew cut?
Yeah go ahead, laugh a tear to your eye,
and when you cast your prayers... eat your humble pie.

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
