    REBIRTH

     I am swallowed.

    I move through a new world, a strange world.

    I am digested, the same, yet some how changed.

    I am transformed and I feel that new and amazing things

    are on the horizon.

    I feel strength growing within me that I have not felt in years.

    I feel motivation, determination, pushing me toward

    bigger and better things.

    I look out across the world and see endless possibilities.

    So I spread my wings and fly.
