    Rise and Shine (Like it or Not)

     Wake up girl
    get on the go
    You can't stop
    if you're running low
    The radio is on and
    your feet are moving
    shake off sleep and
    get your head grooving
    the sooner the day starts
    the sooner it ends
    My heart grows stronger
    so it mends
    Keep your head up girl
    Face the world with a smile

    They'll wonder what you're up to....

    I always have trouble getting myself going before 11 AM. This one kind of reminds me of that old 70s Mary Tyler Moore show.
