RUN

You never know
where you might go
or where you might end up.
Plan for the future.
Know you,
love you,
be you,
although at first you might not be true.
Truth is in the silence.
In the wind of each wave that crashes,
that builds up,
that falls,
that rises so high,
so strong,
so tall;
Yet lays so low to the ocean ground to hear that sound that one can only hear through the blissfulness of life...
of contemplation,
not inebriation
but integration....of the mind& body,
the stuggle & the journey
trial & error after error.
The joy is a present,
a gift,
an equation consisted of the greatest unknown variables in all of time.
Use your space wisely, moderately, knowledgeably.
The world is your's & you are your own dividend to that windey road called experience.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
