     I've found myself in your eyes
    Everytime I look at the sky
    Your peace and compassion they surround me
    They keep me warm in a cold, heartless world
    I want to be by your side
    So I will leave everything behind
    My soul inside burns with passion
    This moment is priceless
    You could never buy it, you can't afford it
    But the price is paid
    You and I, we are saved.

    goosebumps: "you could never buy it, you can't afford it but the price is paid. You and I, we are saved." I love how you use your talents to glorify God! It makes me so happy to see another believer using his talents while worshiping the Creator. Awesomeness.

    He proves that light is not weaker than darkness, if I am reading this correctly. I could also see this being about a strong spouse. Or a damn good friend. Good emotional vent.

    Actually its about God, and how through his son Jesus Christ I can have a relationship with Him and be with Him.

    Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.
