    Poem Commentary

    I hope that you are able to enjoy the passing seasons...versus just watching time click away on a clock and the weeks and months pass-by, between paychecks. Question - can you tell from the words of this poem, what season is my favorite? Which one do you prefer? Why?

    Seasonal Attire

    With short days,
      come white nights,
    new blanket,
      child’s delight.

    Flowers blossom,
      in the spring,
    bride and groom,
      church bell ring.

    Summer time,
      time at a lake,
    laughter and fun,
      memories we make.

    Flowers wither,
      when leaves fall,
    the time of my birth,
      best time of all.

    Whether shivering,
      or if I perspire,
    watching, waiting,
      unsurpassed -- seasonal attire

    OMGoodness ! This is THIS poem is incredibly stupendous ! I know they are ALL (your poems) my favorites !!! Your favorite season must be: FALL.... right ? giggling. Y is it your favorite ? Mine would be Spring time = Easter, new life, new leaves, time to plant the garden, WARM weather, time to lose an hour of sleep ;) Who needs sleep ? LOL

    You guessed it...Fall, cause that is when I was born (so humble; aren't I?). Seriously, it symbolizes the end and yes, that there will be a new beginning. Which comes at the break of the dark and cold season of winter - which, coincidentally, is when our savior is born.
