    Semper Fidelis
    Looking up into open sky blue
    Where clouds fluffed by and birds flew
    In a state of summer bliss
    I am to you Semper Fidelis

    Wandering open fields of green
    Meadowed colours can be seen
    Perfection reigns nothings amiss
    I am to you Semper Fidelis

    Swimming in blue-green turquoise
    Lapping ebbs a beautiful noise
    Happy that life has come to this
    I am to you Semper Fidelis

    Thanking you for who I am
    I give all to you this humble man
    What I see I’m ever grateful
    To be your servant Forever Faithful

    I am Semper Fidelis

    again great writing. What first caught my attention was the title because my son is a marine. He is so amazing and I'm beyond proud of him. And as you may know semper fedelis is the marine motto. great poem and apprpriatly worded I enjoyed.
