you loved me too,

Poison from your past
took you away,
Now I'm missing you
every day,

What we had
most people don't find,
many seek,
life is unkind.
Tears like a river,
from my eyes did flow,
I felt my heart stop
when they laid you low.

Now I'm alone,
learn to cope,
for a while I
took solace
in my love for dope.

Ten years your gone,
almost eleven,
life with you
was almost heaven.
SEPARATION
No more dope,
tears still fall,
I've learned to
survive it all.
I dream of you,
I see your face,
my time will come,
I know it's true,
I wonder if
I'll be with you.
I only hope
we do not have
an eternity of
SEPARATION
