     Silver platters
    the missy's own
    with meats and sweets and prizes
    pretty dresses pretty men
    toys for the overprivileged
    no need for actual etiquette
    for the wouldn't be appropriate
    how low class to crack a book or two
    even lower to say thank you
    if you lower your nose too much
    you might breathe in that "poor" air
    how sad it is when "societies" sell
    there childrens soul for prestige
                             and shiny pretty gold pieces.
