    Poem Commentary

    I wrote this in a few seconds bored the other night, watching my nephews sleep...

    Sleep Tight...

     Rubbing my fingers thru his hair,
    As he sleeps laying right there.
    He likes it when I rub his head,
    We're both sleeping in the same bed.
    We made it on the floor,
    waiting for mommy to walk thru the door.
    But he fell asleep holdind Aunt meme.
    He's so cute and so is his brother with all their drule...
    Bubba fell asleep on Mom's bed and
    I covered them both up.
    They keep moving around
    And I'm surprised they haven't woke up?
    It's now 2 a.m. and
    I'm wide awake and all alone.
    But staring at Trevor's face
    so perfect in everyway.
    So many feelings and hope's
    for my brother's kids,
    Praying they don't make the
    same mistakes my brother did...
