    slipping away
    everything was fine and dandy till i heard the news you werent doing good

     i grew up with you so its hard to hear your slipping away even if it is to a better place
     
    i know your in pain but it would be a worse pain for us to have you leave

     i wish i could see you one last time before you leave this world

    i wish the doctors would say hes doing great fine and dandy i would say

    im praying prayers crying tears asking for prayers and wishing you were near

    i still have to say its hard to hear your slipping away even if it is to a better place

    This is a tragic piece, I feel sad reading the lines. There is such great emotion, surely I could feel it. Well done.
