Let the ink sink
Into the paper
While I mellow in the vapor
Embark on a caper
A mindful adventure
Right to the center
Of the eye in my mind
Looking to find
The answers to the questions
All the definitions
To the words that make
The stories
The shades that make
The worries
The light that shows the glory
Of the image that was blurry
And I take a little tour
Of my heart as it unfolds
And I am stunned and
I am dazzled
When all I see is gold
All I feel is light
And everything is right
My soul just like a kite
Caught up in endless flight
My will is strong like thunder
All around, above and under
My love is deep like scuba
Deep, scuba diver wet suit deep
And I can feel it creep
Up on me like a breeze
And I can feel it sweep
Across me like the seas
Deep powerful waves
Overflow and they consume
Where there once was hate
Now there isn't any room
Because my lotus heart
Is infinite love
Each single petal
A glowing white dove
That soars over darkness
And heightens awareness
And echoes sweet laughter
With joy that is careless
It offers great sharing
Of truth and acceptance
It basks in the Now
The only true time
In summer of lemon
And springtime of lime
In my heart I see gold
Shining and blinding
So bright and so bold
Permeating and binding
So where is the shade?
I feel surprised
Until its revealed
That it is mind-made
That's where shade resides
But it is not real
Only a trick
To make me think
That I'm powerless and weak
But now I know
The intent of its game
The Shadow would like me
To give it a name
To feed it some power
From my lotus flower
To strengthen its form
To make it the norm
To solidify it in reality
To let it grow its negativity
To let it take over me
To let it be tricksy
To let it consume me
And live itself through me
Please! Talk to the hand,
Shadowman!
Do you really believe
That I could conceive 
Of letting you perceive through me?
When my other choice
Is letting the voice
Of a deity become me
A powerful Goddess
Will be who has access
To the use of this vessel
An entity so special
That I will open my eyes
So that she can see
I will cut down all lies
So she I will be
And as we unite
I will glow bright
And I will ignite
A flame so divine
It will burn in my mind
It will shine for all time
It is sublime
To nurture divinity
To stray from humanity
To a place of pure certainty
To a waking sanity
To dispel man's proclivity
To believe in negativity
To bring forth the I Am
The Power of All
To bust through the dam
That keeps us all small
It holds power back
And was built by the mind
To keep itself intact
To keep you in line
But when you burst
You'll see it wasn't real
That you tricked yourself first,
Now you're ready to heal
And ready to wield
The force of the ocean
The presence of mountain
The magical potion
You drink from the fountain
The fountain of knowledge
The mindful elixer
The power of gratitude
A heavenly mixture
The long, slow thought of a tree
The ancient memories of stone
The vigilant gaze of a star
There is no such thing as alone
