    Someday

     I saw him tonight
    he looked better than ever
    he walked right past me
    as if i wasn't even there
    it's weird that he acts like he cant see me
    when i used to be all he could see
    i started to say something
    but then i saw her
    she ran up and kissed you
    as if you two were the only ones there
    i turned away with tears in my eyes
    knowing that i had to forget you
    everywhere i lokked i thought i saw you 
    but whenever i blinked
    someone else was standing in your place.
    How can i forget you?
    i know i should take down your pictures
    put them away
    but everytime i try
    something inside me say
    "He will come back someday."

    Awe, this is a nice write... It soooooo, reminds me of one I did more or less on the same subject a couple years ago... And, because I've now read your version of the story from your point of view, I'll go post my version of this story, through the eyes of a young girl who's going through much the same thing... Thank you for reminding me of it... Mine is titled, "Here" if you're interested... Good write, as is all of your poems...
