    Sorrow

    To see is sorrow
And sorrow sees more than I.
For it saw me as child
    Surfing the salty waves
The heavenly light and the musical sounds.
    It saw the sunny days
    The blue skies
    peace’s rainbow.
    It predicted my future.
    The howling winds
    The cold rain
    The storm that will come
    The lion that will roar
the blood that will be lost.
    Sorrow became my eternal friend.
For an eclipse covered the light
    Turning day into night
    Weeks into eternity
Sorrow’s hand led me through an empty path.
It guided my shaky heart and made my soul empty.
He led to a place where God appeared.
There I left him and took the righteous path.
Sorrow is no friend of mine.
    For I walk with Christ
    To see is not sorrow
    I see more than him

I like this poem because it sound like a person overcoming whatever obstacle that was in the way. It sound like you moved beyond a certain point in your life. I don't know but simply beautiful

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
