    Poem Commentary

    This is part 2 to my poem titled Soulless, hope you all enjoy.

    Soulless 2

    I've realized I have no soul,
    I don't care for the ones I claim to love.

    The inner darkness and temptation grows stronger everyday;
    with no telling what will happen to those around me.

    I go on everyday having an open mind, not needing to be careful with what i say.

    These people and they're angels search the world for a way to give me my soul back but, whoever said I wanted it back?

    Violent thoughts increase in my head crawling to the surface every day.

    I'm now a prisoner in my own home,
    being watched for any odd behavior.

    I sit in my room holding an hatchet within my hands,
    my darkness releases charging at a man watching over me .

    The man closed the door, the hatchet begins cutting through the door;
    "Don't say here's Johnny" the man says
    "I have something better, here's Sammy" I said to him as I cut through the door.

    I refuse for my soul to be brought back into this walking soulless man.

    This really was awesome... I just hope you really havent seen this darkness, and you are just imaginging it... although the best of times can be compared to our darkest times, and appreciated.

    i like the idea of random angels and people scouring the earth for your lost soul without even asking if you wanted it back. great job here, keep writing

    Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
