    Stereotyping

    We all know how easy to stereotype to people. We take one look at someone and we think we know everything about them from just one glance. You don't even try to get to know them or have a conversation with them. You just look and say "Ugh I don't like her/him". I bet when you get to know them that you wouldn't be thinking that. You would think "He/she is really nice, I'm glad I got to know them". When you give that person a real chance then you will be surprised how much you were wrong about them. When you get to know them, you will be surprised about how much you can learn about someone and also yourself.

    I have been on the outside looking in. One thing I've learned, each person is a unique individual that has been shaped by lifes circumstances and surroundings. Each one has something to contribute at any given time, look for the outsider and call them in you might be surprised. 10 from me.
