Submerged
Eyes shot open
Doors slam shut
In my hands I hold it
Igniter lights the dark
Nothing left to feel
The space becomes small
I suddenly need air
If life becomes a sin
I don't know if I should care
Unable to see within
What is there, I don't know
When it's time, where to go
The ocean breathes
I'm breaking free
In my hands I hold it
Submerged, I fall
I can't let go
Eyes wide open
I can't see anymore
The ocean becomes a hole
Waves break
Air stops
Hands wait
My life becomes a whole
I can't hold on
I let go
I'll never know
Doors slam shut
In my hands I hold it
Igniter lights the dark
Nothing left to feel
The space becomes small
I suddenly need air
If life becomes a sin
I don't know if I should care
Unable to see within
What is there, I don't know
When it's time, where to go
The ocean breathes
I'm breaking free
In my hands I hold it
Submerged, I fall
I can't let go
Eyes wide open
I can't see anymore
The ocean becomes a hole
Waves break
Air stops
Hands wait
My life becomes a whole
I can't hold on
I let go
I'll never know
