    Surreal Reality.

     A free way
    Of thought
    Inside a beautiful
    Mind I can hide
    Open up my eyes
    See the world
    Through a lens without blemish
    My heart tells me this can be more
    More than just a dream

    I'll find my way around
    Because I know
    Everyone in town
    Yet I
    Yes, I'll go away
    To a sanctuary
    Where I am Comforted
    By the mighty size and strength
    Of the trees I have been blessed with.

    In the forest
    I will grow
    I will learn
    Sparkling waters running through
    A flourishing
    Canopy
    Block the sun of its heat
    Never drying up
    Never loving enough
    You can always do better


    Through a raindrop
    Find a way to see
    Pain as a compliment
    To the joy and blessing
    After the storming sea
    Yes indeed a surreal
    Reality.

    I really really like this, the rhythm and how you break the lines. I don't know a whole lot when it comes to poetry, but I know this rocks. Good job. (PS, when I read it, I hear it as a song. Do you think you'll ever put this to music?) ~Sushii

    Do I know You? Suzie?? Well Yea I usually do try to put my poetry to music. I'll let you know if it works out. :)
