    Sweet Memories

    If I smelled you a thousand times
    you would still smell sweet.
    And if I could, I would forever watch you
    while you sleep.
    I would stop time
    to keep you near to me;
    never letting go till I was ready.
    Folding the memories from yesterday
    into today
    Never letting go;
    never putting them away.

    I love the meaning. if time could only stand still. to never let go of a moment to only have it become a memory

    A Thousand Times Sweet, I have feelings like that as well

    Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
