Take A Moment
Take a moment
To look outside
Whether its day time
Or Night
What do you see?
Is it the clouds and the sun
The trees and the leaves
Or is it the sparkling stars surrounding the moon
Take a moment
To feel the wind
Hear the trees
See the plants
Touch the ground
Do you feel its presence?
The calm serenity of the Earth
The strength of the ground
The flow of the wind
You may not know it
You may not see it
But you can feel it
If you just took a moment
