    The Abyss of Depression

    I'm sliding
    the Abyss is near
    I can se it
    very clear
    and I don't know
    if I wil ever hear
    the music again
    Is this the end?
    I don't know
    People laughing
    It's all a game
    and I wil never
    be the same...
    as them
    Is this the end?
    I don't know
    Cloudy eyes
    The brightness dulled
    Scaled eyes
    and I am lulled
    into darkness
    Is this the end?
    I don't know
    Who is it
    that I see
    in the mirror
    looking back at me
    An ugly face
    is all I see
    Is this the end?
    I don't know
    Seldom seem
    are happy eyes
    Nothing but gray
    and dreary skies
    The rains come down
    like tears I cry
    Is this the end?
    I don't know
    Where will I go?
    No place for me
    that I can see
    I'm a stranger
    to humanity
    Is this the end?
    I don't know

This is so heart-wrenching for me. Lets hope, if it is to be the end to your shell, it is the beginning of freedom for your soul, and a wonderful window awaits.Peace and prayers, ~ Molly ~

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
