    The Art of Lying

    Sing sweet oh gentle bird, and calm thy distressed love
    Wield the brush, and paint a picture with such subtle words,
    A phantom plague bites away both day and night-
    Insecure justifications perpetuating lustful righteousness
    Control not what cannot be completely yours,
    Unless you wish to vanquish your destiny;
    A fate betrayed is a grave laid.

    Go with me, oh sweet eyed lover
    Let's attempt to connect the dots,
    Where only lines lay facing up-
    The human connection, goodbye loneliness;
    The human distraction, what is nature but a pleasant bore?
    Who needs divinity when one's lustful desires are fulfilled?

    The true master sits alone with his lantern
    He chuckles under his breathe at the mad mockery of mankind,
    Entertaining irrational thoughts merely to pass the time,
    He cares not for your goods, he cares not for your ego;
    He is here now, more so than you,
    But materialism makes a man! an existential excuse for greed-
    What is a man with nothing, but a fool?

    Sing sweet oh gentle bird, and hide away your nature,
    Dance to the falling autumn leaves atop your elegant stage,
    Don't let the curtains accidentally open,
    No one should see the mechanics of the act-
    Lustful longings echo deep in your shallow soul,
    How could one abandon such superficial love,
    By trading in honest words?

    Forget what hurts- what must be forgotten,
    However, in the moment, it all equals gold
    The lustful careless passion, no one will know;
    When the sun comes up, and the people are here,
    There's a little voice who looks me in the eyes,
    But the little voice will remain quiet,
    And your calm illusive demeanor will only appear as a flower,
    Harmless as can be.

    you have mastered this one good poem....................

    A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
