    This is a rewrite of the lyrics to the song in the video above, "Helden" by Apocalyptica.

    I know this girl, and this is her favorite song.
    She does not speak German, and when she found out the lyrics,
    she was disappointed. She had always thought of the song as
    being romantic. So she asked me to make it a romantic song.
    Here is my attempt. So hit play, and follow along - Enjoy

    I don't know what the german words mean. Your re-write of the words is interesting. Romantic feel? I don't know. Certainly powerful, dark, and haunting. You might have a new career in re-writes. Thanks for sharing.

    I am somewhat transfixed by this. I cannot lose the image of the Velvet Underground and Nico playing on the fateful voyage of the Titanic. It has a haunting beauty. Drew.

    I love the repetition cause it is has an effect on me...this is so romantic ARtie,,,makes me think of that scene of George Clooney and his lover in Up in the air....^_^ v
