    My 1st day back to school in over 10 years on the joy!

    The Beginning’s

     As I sit here
    Waiting my hands
    Shake unknowing how
    This will workout
    My heart races
    My brow sweats
    My palms itch
    Breaths are faster
    Thoughts fly aloof
    Things progress slowly
    I focus inward to
    Remove the
    Mechanism that
    Controls fear
    My mind pauses
    Things go silent
    My thoughts are clear
    I found my calm
    Once again
