The blown away times

The blown away times

Blown in the sands of time...

Time and time again,

Born are men with clouded thoughts,

darker than the darkest night …

As blood flows in the lode of this planet,

Deep sunken eyes look up in distress…

The howl of a feral werewolf

Breaks through the air like madness …

The unbroken war for centuries,

The restless tranquil before insanity…

With no lights and out of sight,

Away goes Humanity…

Hymns and pleas are distant thoughts,

Swords and guns lie in the rots …

When will the rescue come my lord?

To save the people who are chidren of God …

This is really powerful, tear-jerking, you might say. I read it over and over again! I like it a lot, thanks for putting this up.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
