    The Earth's a Beautiful Place

    The mountains tall and strong
    The wind sings a song
    A bird's cry
    Like a soft lullaby
    A river twists and turns
    The water churns
    The valleys are low
    A stream runs slow
    The prairies calm
    An island with a palm
    The oceans' waves
    A cove and its cave
    The Earth's a beautiful place
    save Earth and space

Beautifully descriptive and idealistically progressive. You have a wonderful talent for rhymes.Study the old masters of poetry when you get a chance as they can teach you many things about the other forms of poetry.(Robert Frost,Dylan Thomas,Carl Sandberg,Keats,Shakespeare, etc.)

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.
