     The mountains tall and strong
    The wind sings a song
    A bird's cry
    Like a soft lullaby
    A river twists and turns
    The water churns
    The valleys are low
    A stream runs slow
    The prairies calm
    An island with a palm
    The oceans' waves
    A cove and its cave
    The Earth's a beautiful place
    save Earth and space

    Beautifully descriptive and idealistically progressive.You have a wonderful talent for rhymes.Study the old masters of poetry when you get a chance as they can teach you many things about the other forms of poetry.(Robert Frost,Dylan Thomas,Carl Sandberg,Keats,Shakespeare,etc.)

    Ah a young mind that like poetry - read the old poets too if you don't already like Poe Sands Keats the Brownings and Dickenson just to name a few. Also study poetry and it's form then you will be blowing away everybody on this site in no time. Great job ... Write On and create strong. If you would like please read my Words Worth
