    the greatest,the deadliest

i do wish to have and own this great gem

i wish to attend to each of its commands

i wish to embrace its needs and offer sacrifices it requires

i wish to be full of its content and direct all my affairs through its hands

i wish to promote its products and sell them for free on the world market

i wish to enhance its beauty in me and radiate its glamour in all of me and beyond

i wish to remove doubts of its potency from minds seemingly hurt by their usage of its perfume

i wish to give it full control to rule your mind and mine

i wish to define its limitless boundaries across land, sea and air

    BUT

    i can only wish for

    its too painful

    too daring

    too unreliable

    too foolish

    too wise

to submit to the dictates of love

for LOVE is as strong as DEATH.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
