    The Horseman

Breaking the silence of the sleepy night,

    Gallops growl from a distance,

Mystic shape from the foggy path,

Breaks the fetters in the dark.

    The air fills with whispers,

    And footsteps of tiny men,

    Leading goes the horseman,

Saving the poor from the den.

The fiery guards of the dagger castle,

Chase the horseman with gory dogs,

With a brilliant swish of his mighty blade,

    Horseman attacks the guarding hogs.

Leading the little men out of den,

Into the heart of scary woods,

Rides the horseman with his sword,

    Just like his hero robin-hood.

Pushing the horseman from the horse,

A roaring wolf tracks him down,

Battling the wolf with his bare hands,

The horseman plunges into running stream,

With a big howl rises the horseman,

    Out of his tiny couch,

    Mama says it’s getting late,

Have to run and go to school.
