    this is dedicated to someone special, he knows who he is

    My Last Everything

     What might I do on my last day?
    I shall wile away the time with you.
    How might I spend my last hours?
    I shall spend the hours proving my love is true.

    How might I spend my last morning?
    I shall intertwine your fingers in mine.
    How might I spend my last evening?
    With your head on the pillow next to mine.

    What might I write in my last poem?
    I shall write words of my love for you.
    What might I dream of in my last dream?
    I shall dream of you and only you.

    How might I take my last breath?
    Will you hold me in your arms close to you.?
    What might I say with my last breath?
    I shall close my eyes and whisper,"I love you."

    Love is such a great emotion, and being loved is such a great feeling . I love this poem. Great job. This gets a 10.

    Love this one greatly....makes me sit back and think about the love in my life right now and it were that time to say goodbye...how would answer the topics you write about....love it!!!

    You have picked a topic here that has been pondered many times. If you knew it was your last day on earth...how would you spend it. I think you have chosen a very favorable end of days...and the sentiment of it all is very gentle...no remorse or pain...only happiness to the end :)
