    Poem Commentary

    This is a continuation of my first poem "Legend Of The Great White Wolf". I am hoping to transform this into a childrens book.

    The Legend Of The Great White Wolf Part 2

     Upon awakening
    The following morn
    The indian girl
    Had survived the storm

    Together they walked
    Through deepening snow
    As the artic winds
    Continued to blow

    Hidden high in the trees
    And out of sight
    A panther watched
    Just waiting to strike

    With a frightening roar
    The big cat leaped
    Knocking the child
    Off of her feet

    With anger and fury
    The wolf did attacked
    Sinking his teeth
    Into the big cats back

    They fought and they snarled
    Before the cat fled
    The wolf lay there wounded
    Or possibly dead

    Wolf I like indian stuff,this was pretty good,Ty for sharing it with me.In my pictures on my profile my husband made an indian knife if you would like to see one.He is canadian indian.

    Thanks for your comment. Ive always been fascinated by indians and never understood why until this past summer. I found out that I am 1/4 Cherokee.
