    Poem Commentary

My mom is probably the scariest thing in life, although she is also the nicest thing in life. You just can't help but say the truth when she gives you one of her LOOKS or stares. It's so totally freaky. Trust me.

    The Look of Death

All she has to do is look.
All she has to do is stare, give her icy stare.
And you'll start whimpering in fear. You'll curl up, and shrivel and die.

Her eyes are like daggers, boring a hole in your skull.
Her breath is like ice, that freezes your blood.
her voice is like pin pricks, stinging your skin.

    She is my mom.
The one who knows the bad things you've done, the lies you've told, without even asking.
The one who can either forgive you
    or ground you for life.
The one who can either send you to heaven
    or to hell.
    The one with the
    look of death
