The Lord’s Promises
The Lord promised us eternal life,
By giving up His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.
He promises us comfort in our time of fear.
So, know in your heart His Holy Spirit is always near.
The Lord promises to fulfill the desires of our heart.
Repenting and praying is where we must start.
These are only some of the Lord’s promises to you and me.
Believing through Jesus Christ, these promises He will keep.
