THE MIRROR
When I look at you I have to smile
because my gaze is always returned
with a welcomingthat says
why don't you stay awhile?
And when you smile back at me
All is well in the world, It is an ultimate
expression of warmth that comes
from within but heats my whole being
and its inner and outer vicinities...
Do you believe in your own beauty?
Can you conceive its prominence...
If you can't, all you need to do is open
your eyes and look at me, for I am
that mirror that reflects your beauty
and prominence!
Oh Phoenix of Love never fear or doubt
for you are Love's brightest day
bringing forth light that is so pure
it shouts to me, of this to always
be sure...
In your mirror there is never night
but warm sunsets to be shared
without fear or fright.
May life's mirror always shine warm
blessings, as that is how you are
defined, and I hope that I am thought
of fondly when you look thru this mirror,
that you will remember that the present
time is the best and finest of times
when my mirror is blessed to reflect
your light.
