    The Night

     Dakness enshrouds-
    away from me now.
    The  cloak of night
    covers me.
    No light of day
    can penetrate the mask
    that free me of
    daily mudane task.
    Within this world
    it is revealed,
    all in life
    we wish to conceal.
    The stars in the sky,
    a full moon above;
    this is the life
    I love.

    Ah refreshing. The night holds so many mysteries....secrets....all right in front of you.....in a dark, unseen way. Perhaps it is ironic that I feel most alive at night. It is so many things. Beautiful.............morbid........deep.......it stimulates me. Beautiful write.
