    The Oceans

    The Oceans....

    You know your the one,your the only one....
    Who's the flame,you've started this fire...
    The spell you've put me under,I don't want to break...
    I must conffess,your my one desire...
    There's no other that compares to you...
    I thought I could make it on my own...
    If you should leave me,I'll be so all alone...
    Your the wish I make,your my shooting star...
    Within my heart is to know where you are...
    The oceans between us are not that far...
    Your the one I so desire,I feel I can fly higher...
    You've made me a man on fire...
    This I conffess,the best part of me is you...
    Forever for you I would wait...
    If that is to be my fate.....
    No one could ever replace you...
    For so long I was on my own....
    To be without you now,I'd be so alone....
    Your my dream come true....
    I've just got to have you...
    Within my heart is to know where you are...

    long distance love..............is hard, never want to give up something that may be so good....but the obsticles are always there interferring with the life we want......the Oceans

    "The oceans between us are not that far..." wow, I really enjoyed this one, both because of your loley taste in verse, and the yearning here reminded me of my yearnings, so the poem works on many levels... thanks for sharing!
