Poem Commentary

"For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, but water the earth and make it bring fourth bud. That it may give seed to the sower, and the bread to the eater. So shall my word be that goes fourth from my mouth. It shall not return to me void but it shall acomplish what I please and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it". Isaiah 56:11

The One Who Wakes the Sun

God is the one that wakes the sun
He says:
It's time to wake up,
My children are waiting
for your warmth and light.
Please be sure that you shine real bright
So that everyone could see
how my love for them gleams
that is why I put you in plain sight.
And even though you shine so bright
there is still some children
that do not receive your light,
I have a task for you
If you reach my children that your light can't see
I'll make sure to make you shine ever so brightly

And that is how the sun is woken up.

jadedoll: I love your storytelling. Jesus is the light. Thanks for a great read. Charles
