As i woke up this morning
All i could feel was a lot of discomfort
My whole waist was on fire
Painful sensations flowed through my stomach
I felt like throwing up
Feversih condition sets in like the wind
Feets became numb and heavy
Heavy tears swelled up in my throat
My eyes were clouded with tears
My mouth slightly open but no words came out
I was in real pain
The tears couldn't contain my eyes anymore
heavy tear drop rained down my swollen breast
All i wanted was to be a magician for that day
my left leg was in pain
Oh God!!!! i need this pain off me
Why do i have to go through this every month
Why must this pain be necessary every month
Yet, this pain is a blessing to all women
Can pain be a blessing?
Can 5 days for pain every month be a curse?
then it came to me like a flash
Its a curse because man sinned
its a blessing because it makes you whole as a woman
Oh pain, a blessing or a cause..you are still there!!!
