The Rain
As I watch the rain
It makes me feel sane
And all of the pain
Washes away in the rain
It’s so peaceful and quiet
And my life is no longer a riot
I am able to be at peace
For longer than a week
As I write down my thoughts
I know that it won’t be lost
Now I feel no pain
As I watch the rain
