    The relevance of pain...

    Hedj, nothing new here...
    traversing roadmaps of scars
    within and without.

    Psychic angst the worst
    visions of my life awry
    beneath the patterns.

    God didn't handout
    refusals without just cause...
    lamenting; I gnash.

    I still pray always
    despite, or because of
    sublime waywardness...

    Entropy took hold
    anchoring this slouched body
    to its' muddy glue.

    No more wanderings
    amid the placid expanse
    shades haunt memories.

    Accept joyfully
what was meted to you man
    no recompense now.

    'Cept whatever was dealt
broken on the rack of time
    and time again too.

    Ad infinitum
    answers Kafka-esque studied
    and comprehended...

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.
