    they make art for purity

    want to be recognized

    validated

    appreciated

    admired

    ( otherwise)

    what is art

    if others

    don't view it

    value it

    imitate it  ?

    for some reason


    i do art -and

    then run from it

    There's only so much one can derive from "Art For Arts Sake" Communication and the ability to translate feelings , languages images, not only between humans but between all life. We learn by immitation , Duchamp said "Life doesn't immitate art, one of the damned things is enough" ...I agree with the author without sharing what is the worth of making? It's like playing ping pong without a partner. Sooner or later , you get tired of serving the ball. Duchamp also made a sculpture in the 1930's that he placed in front of the Museum of Met. Art . This scul[pture began to destroy itself ...I bet he ran from it too. ...Write On !

    I like living too much to wait until I die! LOL 'Mars' should read mine re: the museum of my mind... now if only I could remember the title....hmmm, Well I like this piece 'Ography!

    Poet...maybe your art is similiar to the works or Piacaso or Davinici they too had their work shunned and only after there death was there art fully appreciated.
