The thoughts within my soul
with questions asked
and answers untold
the spinning thoughts all through my head
having prayers for peace over again
the loniless I feel in here
with nothing more that I can bear
wondering what will become of me
as time passes as slow as can be
the days move forward
with nothing new
just going through motions
not wanting to be carried through
missing those in the free world
wondering what I should expect
when time does occur
I hurt many who are true friends
by making a big mistake
with no turning back
I just sit and wait
the pain I feel is nothing new
just hoping that you all don't feel it to
knowing I let everyone down
trying to move forward but wearing a frown
time will begin once again
hoping this time time is my friend
never not appreciating what I have more
then those waiting outside this door
