    Thy treasure

When i of other beauties say their yours,
it is not idolizing thee that makes assumption.
For all they are are lenders of thy source,
which thus does shape them so by such consumption!

In speech well spoke i swear i hear thy singing,
and not because i think thy voice sings best.
But speaking well then they thy songs are bringing,
for there applied that strength within thine breast!

Of actions good i state they bare thy blessing,
and not by my believe thou art most sweet.
Where be an action kind thine love be dressing,
so sits in all men's love thy lovers heat!

Thou dost thy wealth of fortune thus outlive:
For ever stays thy treasure here to give!
