    Together in Death

You said you'd always be there
    but you lied.
    You said you'd always care
    and I cried.
    First, I wanted you
    Then, i needed you
    Now, i crave you
    Soon, i die for you
    When you left me
    bleeding in the dark.
    I said "join me"
    You looked at the mark
    I was pleading for you
    "join me in death"
    Can you be so untrue?
    "Take your last breath"
    First, I wanted you
    Then, I needed you
    Now, I crave you
    Soon, I die for you
    You raised your crown
    think you're king of all.
    As I look down
    you began to fall.
    Can't disavow
    that I love you.
    First, I wanted you
    Then, I needed you
    Now, I crave you
    Soon, I die for you
    You're by myside
    say your last goodbye.
    Now we confide
    to lie here and die.
    To take our last breath
    we shall see.
    Together in death
    we will always be.

Certainly a poem that expresses that undieing love. Through thick and thin til alas we take our last borrowed breath of life . I enjoyed the poem alot

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
