Tough Love
These times are hard
Filled with pain, pride and confusion
We each want each other
Others don't want us to be
We make it so hard trying to survive
Day by day it builds and swells
Until the day we both scream and yell
Then both of us remain in tears
A pain in our hearts
That doesn't need to be there
Times are rough
No doubt times are hard
We keep trying to push through
Making the most of what's me and you
We try our best
Though times might be at their worst
With that look in our eyes
That says every I love you
No need for words
Cause they just wont come
Try as we may
We cant change what's done
We've both had our faults
And helped each other cope
