    Traditions

    Traditions, everyone has them.

    Traditions, anyone can see them

    Traditions, anyone can hear them

Traditions, very few can feel them.

The ones that do feel them, oh what a time this is.

A time of joy, peace, happiness, and everything in between.

It's times like these we learn to live, laugh, love and just be ourselves.

These times are so scarely earned, we are starving for them.

We strive for them, strive for the acceptance, and the love that they bring.

With everything that is passed on down the line..with everything that we hold inside,

We never take the time to hold true to ourselves and just...Live

With all of the traditions passed on down the line....this one is for sure,

The most important..finding someone that loves you for who you are and nothing else,

and thank god i have found that..right here sitting next to me.

She has always been here and always will be,

She's my life, my world, my entire everything.

I love you baby forever and ever, no matter what!!!

This is a beautiful write. I was just saying to my son the other day, we must write on traditions. He looked at me like what traditions? I love as you wrote of few. Yes, we have few yet we have them. This has gone straight to my heart and thank you as I could not have written it better. Hugz

Traditions are structures that someone else, maybe long ago, set up. Your relationship is all your responsiblility, even though the ring and other aspects of marriage reek with tradition, today is all up to the two of you. Make of it what you will. Harv

o..dont thank me...i thank you for your support and your criticism

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
