Tragedy

Tragedy

tragedy is a terrible thing
i never would want it to be
just look at me

i'll cry until i die
so don't never tell me goodbye
i don't know the reason why
but my cries never lie

feeling fear
whenever you're not near
i seem to never think clear
so i sit in silence and wipe my tears

until you return home
I'm all alone

but you've been gone for to long
so i guess this is a goodbye
or is it a lie

like i said before
tragedy is a terrible thing

so please don't tell me goodbye
because i will break down and cry.

THANK YOU SO MUCH

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
