    Treasure

    Treasure the time

    That is given to you

    Though it is not

    As much as you wish

    These moments

    Are precious so

    Hold them close

    Clutched in the claws

    Of an iron fist

    Don’t let them

    Slip through your

    Fingers like grains

    Of sands caught

    In the hour glass

    Of time.

    Let’s not run away

    But leap forward

    And latch

    Upon those special

    Few memories

    That will last

    For a lifetime.
