Slowly time begins to slip away
Some will go and some will stay
And when the day is through
You find the friends you know are true

Oh, this poem really hit me when I read it. The message is presented so clearly with the way you kept it short and to the point. Kinda jealous...wish I realized what you already understand when I was your age lol.

If life is a day, only the golden friends stay, around. Such a short and direct style, Seems like it could have been longer. Write on...

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
