to life, freedom and love
and to fight for all we hold dear
when push comes to shove

they are teaching our kids
how they should be shod
teaching them there is no God

teaching them 
evolution instead
cell phones and video games
is all that
fill their heads

walking tv's is all
that I can see
walking tv's is all these many
will ever be

ebonics,electronics,supersonics
gym clothes and sports wear
what is all that stuff
they have in their hair

colored contacts cover the eyes
but cant cover the lies
we have all been told
taking another call
been put on hold

disrespect
meaningless huggs
pants worn down to the knees
backward hats
hoodrats
covered in tats
nothing but thugs
dont you see

shaved heads
done with razors
cops shooting grandma with a taser
mindless yuppies
still watching frasier

bad is good
and
good is bad
single moms
and
deadbeat dads

no force
divorce
money is all
people care about
dont all this crap
make you wanna shout

bankruptsies
forclosures
money schemes
lost dreams
children cry
and women scream

what will tomorrow bring
not sure I want
to know
and
when the levee breaks
there wont be anyone
to stop the flow

 this is why we must make a stand
we all have to do what is right
this is what we all must do
we all must unite
